Correction of brow bone excess with or without a Browlift. Reduction of an upper forehead prominence/bossing/horns is a common and very successful procedure. The frontal bone is thick enough to allow for such reductions using a burring/shaving technique. The only real debate in the procedure is where the incision should be placed, either right at the hairline or just behind it.
