Feeling ill after Voluma. Is something going wrong?

Hello. I had Voluma injections 4 days ago. I had a lot of swelling and pain. Day three I started to feel well, but am back in bed again feeling very ill. It does feel like a Fibro episode. Muscle pain all over, weakness, shaking, and extreme fatigue. Should people with auto immune diseases not use dermal fillers? Could something else be going wrong???
