I feel it makes me look old and masculine (I’m 20) what procedures could make my face shorter, rounder, and more femenine? Would masseter Botox help me?

First, I suggest going back to your injector/physician or seeing another injector who specializes in Botox and Dysport injections. It takes 1-2 weeks for final results with Botox.  Botox results resolve in 3-4 months so be sure you see your injector to address this concern.  Good luck. Dr. ALDO

Botox won’t help with showing your lips. However, the are dermal filler injections performed in a way to create a cleft in the lower lip which can show more teeth. You can also consider dissolving your current filler and start fresh.Seek an expert for your injections. Dr. Aldo

Hello barranippk.The diagnosis of a hematoma must be made by your injector upon physical examination of the area. You can compress with ice and pressure while you're calling your injector for an evaluation.Good luck. Dr. ALDO
