Thank you for your question. I would advise strongly against any cosmetic surgery at 15 years of age. Your body is still maturing and changing/growing. Once your body is stable and you are at more mature age (at least 18), then you can consider fat transfer and liposculpture.
Unfortunately, I don't think it is a reasonable procedure for a 15 year old. Your body is still growing and changing. If you still want it after you finish growing, that will be a much better time to do it and will result in a much better appearance overall.
