I want fat transfer to fill in my sunken temples, tear troughs, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and perhaps to make my chin more prominent, and my forehead look less flat.. How much would full face fat transfer cost on average? Are touch-ups free ?

Fat transfer can vary from person to person.  It depends on the amount of volume needed to correct the areas of concern.  Typically, for the areas you are mentioning, it can vary any where from $5,000-to $8,000.  This compared to the amount of money you would spend in fillers to get the same correction is a big value.  Make sure you review your surgeons before and after pictures to get an idea of the short term and long term results of fat injections. When done correctly, fat transfer is very beneficial for significant volume loss in the face.
