I had buccal fat and jaw reduction 6 years ago. I like the jaw reduction, but regret the buccal fat removal. Due to the surgeries I have scars inside my mouth they both did both surgeries in my mouth... the scars and healed but I can still feel them.. will this affect my fat transfer?? I want my fat back in the buccal fat region because my cheeks look hollow. I am 27years old and also asian and have really thin skin. Thin skin is also an issue, I'm scared I'll get lumps or bumps.
