It should be possible to use facial fat grafting techniques to replace the fat that was removed during your prior buccal fat removal.The fat is normally placed through small access points on the outside of the face so the inner incision shouldn't be a big problem. An exam would ultimately be needed to assess how much improve could be made, of course.The key to avoiding lumps with fat grafting is the proper deep placement of the fat. The healed scars in your mouth will not affect having fat transfers as long as there is not excessive scar tissue where your buccal fat pads used to be.
