Can the fat be moved back to a higher position after a lower bleph with fat repositioning?

Katy.445627
I had lower bleph with fat repositioning. It was a mistake and I know know I was not a candidate. The results are very bad and I really just want to move the fat back up to a higher position/ original or close to original position. Is this possible? I don't want fat transfer.
