Your photos suggest a widened scar above the medial canthus with retraction of the dermis. If this is the case, volume (filler or fat) would not correct the problem. A scar revision is most likely what you need. It will be difficult given the proximity of the lower edge of the scar to your eyelid and canthus, but I think it is possible. Suture selection and timing of suture removal will be important aspects of your operation.
