Hello and thank you for your question. I see exactly what you’re talking about however unfortunately gravity and the normal aging process causes the fat pads to droop.

Sometimes more filler is needed however,  too much can make your eyes look smaller. 

Radio frequency skin tightening under the eyes is very helpful.  

That would be my next suggestion.

While it is normal to have more fluid retention when you’re dehydratedand or in the morning from having your lips injected with Vobella this is all very common.

Sometimes if the lips are not massage well or manipulated by the provider you can have lumps and feel the product. Swelling and bruising may also occur.  You should never try to manipulate an area yourself after you have had it injected.

Follow up with your provider in two weeks following your treatment.

Some people need plastic surgery.  

Some people have dark discoloration underneath their eyes. 

Radio frequency skin tightening , chemical peels, Botox or Xeomin may be a first option. 

Superficial filler such as Belatero or Restylane silk Is always a good choice. 

Each injector is different. Some providers use cannulas and some don’t. They all have different techniques and some have reasons why they prefer one versus the other.  Less bruising with cannula just depends on injector techniques and expertise.

 As far as your question about the neurotoxin you can always return two weeks later for touchup treatments and an evaluation to see how it has settled. 

Some people switch from Botox to Xeomin or Dysport.  Other people require more units depending on the strength of facial muscles.

If you have hypopigmentation there is no pigment in that area of your skin. Even out the skin-tone may be challenging. My recommendation instead of sun tanning or going to the tanning booth would  be to spray tan over that area.
