Hi there, age 36 female looking for suggestions on facial filler enhancements or other less intrusive procedures. Posting a pic with makeup and one without, both in natural bright daylight, no filters. I’ve had Botox a few times in my forehead/brow/eye and 1x I had .5ml lip filler which is basically dissolved now. The no makeup is an early morning but I recognize my tear troughs are a bit hollowed and fine lines :)
Answer: Filler From your photos it appears a conservative amount of tear trough filler should address your concern. You have youthful eyes, so don't be too aggressive and risk overdoing it. I encourage you to consider skin treatments such as Morpheus8 to keep your healthy skin tone and texture. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products and wearing sunscreen every day.

Answer: How to refresh the skin around the eyes: Know all your options Hello, and thank you for providing photos along with your question. Based on these images, you do appear to have minor hollowing under the eyes, making you an ideal candidate for tear trough filler. By injecting small amounts of filler around the tear trough, the skin will become plump and supple, lifting the skin and smoothing out the visible groove in the skin. However, there are other options to consider as well. Fillers, lasers, Profound RF (RF microneedling), and other procedures that stimulate collagen production can be very effective in refreshing the skin around the eyes. To determine the best treatment for you, schedule an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with an extensive experience with injectables. Your surgeon can do a proper evaluation, customize the best treatment plan, and ensure the best possible outcome.

Answer: Improving Under Eye / Tear Trough with Injectable Fillers (Belotero, Volbella, Restylane Silk) -- add Lasers, Microneedling/PRP Fillers like Belotero, Volbella, and Restylane Silk are good for improving under the eyes, but keep in mind that a combination approach will give the most improvement. My patients try to get non-surgical treatments to avoid surgery, so we use fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP and stem cells. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for you. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Filler Upper Cheek Augmentation Helps To Improve Under Eye Hollows I would not suggest going overboard with any treatment. A conservative amount of a proper robust HA filler injected in the appropriate upper cheek location support the under eye area is very likely to give rise to the kind of improvement in the tear trough/hollow region that is desired. This is a case of less is more and you should make certain that you are consulting with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Best of luck.

Answer: The TiredEye™ Treatment At Skin Technique we perform The TiredEye™ Treatment for patient's with volume loss around the eye area. This often involves using a more dense product for the mid-cheek, like Juvederm Volift and a thin product for the tear trough area like Belotero Balance.
