It’s a simple fix: either add more filler where the “dents” are or dissolve and refill. See an oculofacial surgeon in person for detailed evaluation and guidance. Good luck,

It's difficult to say what occurred without an exam or before/after photos. If you are not wanting to dissolve the product you can consider further treating the area to help with asymmetry. Fillers will dissolve gradually over 1-2 years depending on the filler used. I encourage you to return to your injector to discuss your concerns.
