I am late 30's and have wrinkles under my eyes which almost extend down onto the top of my cheekbone. They are very noticeable when I smile and are starting to be noticeable when my face is at rest. Looks worse on the right hand side of my face ( I sleep on right hand side of my face) What have I tried so far? botox (didn't kick in, in this area - only crows feet) under eye retinol (been using over 10 years) at home derma roller sleeping on my back! couldn't do it so use silk

I suggest reaching out to an expert for a formal consultation. I like to recommend my patients start a combination of facial rejuvenation treatments.

1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP
2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors
3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year
4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill
5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting
6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest

Botox is a great tool to address the crow's feet area but is limited to when it comes to the area under the eye.  Options here focus on volume replacement through fillers, surgical lower blepharoplasty if excess skin is the issue, or Morpheus8 to improve overall skin tone and texture.  This treatment combines RF technology with microneedling.  I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

Reviewing limited views submitted photos shows mild accentuation on lid-cheek junction (tear trough) with fine lines around the middle portion of the eye lids. You might be a candidate for PRP, micro needling with or without PRP. Fat transfer, or HA fillers. Additionally topical treatment with eye mask by allergan to augment the other treatment effects might be a consideration.
