Is it safe to get filler in forehead wrinkles at the same time as getting rhinoplasty? Open piezzo method, primary. I already use Botox go over a year with unfortunately no real improvement so want to try filler for static horizontal deep wrinkles but also will be getting nose job and vaser lipo on mid section in Istanbul. Want to make sure it is safe to combine all these procedures.

Fillers are typically not the treatment of choice for forehead wrinkles.  If you haven't had improvement with Botox you may want to consider laser resurfacing  or Morpheus8 to improve the appearance of the wrinkles.  I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
