Is it safe to get filler in forehead wrinkles at the same time as getting rhinoplasty?

Is it safe to get filler in forehead wrinkles at the same time as getting rhinoplasty? Open piezzo method, primary. I already use Botox go over a year with unfortunately no real improvement so want to try filler for static horizontal deep wrinkles but also will be getting nose job and vaser lipo on mid section in Istanbul. Want to make sure it is safe to combine all these procedures.
