Facial balancing vs. rhinoplasty? (Photo)

coffeegurl99
I really don't like how my side profile looks when I smile and I feel that my nose sticks out too much. It's almost like it's "too sharp". I am wondering if I could possibly balance my face out by getting chin filler and some cheek filler? I have lip filler which I feel like does help however it needs to be removed and redone.
