was lied to that hyaluronidase is harmless. it has caused irreversible damage to my face after the doctor tried to repeatedly dissolve 1ml of voluma he botched with more than 3000iu of high concentration hyalase. i have lost my natural face from last year forever. what surgical ways are there to reverse this unsightly and systemically destructive damage

I would recommend facial fat grafting and possibly laser or deep chemical peel. This will help address the volume loss and skin quality issues.

If you have lost volume from hyaluronidase the best way to treat this may be with nanofat grafting.  This would involve injecting fat into the areas of volume loss. This kind of fat may possibly have some stem cell effects that can restore health and correct problems.  This can be done as an office procedure.

find a reputable provider who is comfortable with fat grafting to the face. you should be able to restore your face to a more youthful appearance. you might also consider a laser treatment to the face.

Before suggesting treatments, we need to have a clear understanding of what the problem is.
In your case, this would mean knowing exactly what parts of your face you’re concerned about.

We typically don’t take before and after pictures using pictures with facial expression.
Your pictures do not allow us to make a quality assessment.
The main difference I can tell is that your lips are fuller in the upper picture.
It’s also important to recognize that one year is enough to change someone’s facial appearance.
This is especially true for young people.
Volume restoration is best done using HA fillers but I’m guessing you are probably not thrilled about having more fillers.
My best recommendation is probably to put everything on hold for a while.
Personally, I don’t see a strong need for surgical intervention.
