I tried a few facial devices for anti aging and made my skin worse. Especially on one side of my face. How do i fix this? Facial contouring, lipo, face lift?

Hi there! Unfortunately, we see this very often. What often happens is that some devices are actually damaging the skin and melting the fat underneath, leading to premature aging, sagging or uneven contours. We have treated patients with facial fat grafting and they were very happy with the correction. You may also consider Sofwave to thicken and tighten the skin. Hope this helps!

Hello; You are young. Used on your face; such as Ultheraphy, HIFU devices; collapses due to this type of fat loss; why could it be. The easiest solution for that field; is using for Hyaluronic Acid Based Dermal Filler; is to fill. With fat; although filling is a more invasive procedure; it is a feasible solution. For this existing problem; Face Lift would be a very aggressive procedure.

Thank you for your photo. To definitively diagnose what’s going on, an in person physical examination would be needed. That said, it appears from your photo that there’s been some volume loss along your left jaw line where you circled it. Some of the skin tightening/radio frequency devices, have side effects of loss of some fat underneath the skin. The simplest, least invasive option to try to begin with would be some fillers placed into the area to see if you could re-volumize that area to improve the contour. Another option would be to do some careful fat grafting, although this would require an operation to harvest the fat and would not be as predictable, nor reliable with its results as the off the shelf fillers. As your jawline and facial contour already look excellent, I don’t believe a facelift would benefit you. Have a detailed consultation with a plastic surgeon. Best wishes.
