5’8 male in jacksonville Florida. Face is aging very fast. Am I a good candidate for a mid facelift and blepharoplasty? I’m looking for someone with experience in men in Jacksonville.

In order to fully answer your question, a consultation with more information is necessary.  I will say that in general, midface lifts are a bad idea, especially when midfacial volume can be substantially improved with Sculptra (2-3 year result).  Endoscopic midface lifts are performed far less frequently than 1-2 decades ago.  I am not sure if your are referring to an upper or lower lid blepharoplasty, and I wouldn't recommend either based on current photos.  I am suspicious that you have a negative vector or relatively flat/ recessed midface, making lower lid blepharoplasty a riskier procedure.

A facelift is appropriate for this amount of facial aging. However it is important to note that loss of fat in the midface might not improve with facelift alone. It will likely need fillers or fat transfer to get the best result.

From your photographs, you would be a good candidate for a mini facelift, and fat injections to the face. Your eyelids look good and there is no need for any surgery. I would consult with a plastic surgeon and discuss this more in detail.

In person exam is essential, as well as review of standard photos taken in front of plain background - including profile and sub-mental views. Based on your limited photos- it's not clear what you would benefit from. There are multiple factors that contribute to upper lid sagging. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS and review your options during your in person consultation

Your face is asymmetrical and you have a very high forehead. You would benefit from a browlift to decrease the height of the forehead, lower the hairline and raise the eyebrows to the level of the orbital rim. You can undergo a blepharoplasty at the same time. I would recommend doing the browlift first before considering the blepharoplasty. In terms of the face, you may benefit from a facelift to soften the nasolabial folds and create more symmetry.

You are a reasonable candidate to have your lower lids done. I wouldn’t bother with a midface lift. Looks like your better off with a standard facelift than a midface

A facelift to address premature jowling and under eye fillers to restore volume and fullness are common solutions, although specific needs are difficult to assess from photos.
