Lower facelift, neck lift, CO2 laser for loose skin, sun damage and wrinkles? (Photos)

Treatment of advanced wrinkling and excess skin of neck and face. Excess skin and muscle you have requires a full face/neck lift! The skin wrinkling requires a deep Phenol peel or CO2 laser. Being that you have a limited budget I think you would be best served with a Deep Peel {or/Laser} and later the Facelift. If the sagging bothers you more then the face/neck lift.

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

Good day! You would absolutely benefit from the combination of the lower face and neck lift with a CO2 laser resurfacing procedure. Both are great procedures and together they are even better. Don't settle for just a "neck lift," which would not address your cheeks. Save up some money and do it right the first time! Hope that helps!

Don't go cheap with your face/neck lift and resurfacing the skin on the face, neck, and chest. You will really regret it later. Cost for quality work is roughly $20,000 under local with alittle iv sedation for complete comfort.

looks lke you need a ful face and neck lift, with resurfacing and tightening at the same time. id suggest consultation and to go over a plan. one laser will not do it all and the lift with only improve sagging not the texture, color or wrinkles. you need to pretreat with cosmelan or enlighten face /neck and start medical grade skincare asap before the procedure with the proper post care.

With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel,  co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles.  You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach:
1. micro needling and lasers for texture
2. botox, disport or xeomin to help platysmal bands
3. intensif or fractora RF microneedling for crepe skin and lifting
4. fillers like belotero, restylane silk, juvederm volbella to improve lines and folds
5. neck/face lifting if sagging is prominent or early starting +/- platysmaplasty (muscle tightening)

I would recommend a facelift for you to address the loose skin of your lower face and neck. I would do this first and let it heal and then do the CO2 laser resurfacing of your face afterwards. I think this combination would give you the best results to improve your loose skin, sun damage and wrinkles.

You have a significant amount of laxity, or loose skin, at your lower face and neck. If you had to choose between a face and neck lift or laser, I would strongly consider the lower face and neck lift. That will provide the most immediate, dramatic result for you. You want to make sure you address your lower face and not only your neck. The CO2 laser, or any laser, for that matter, does not have to be done at the time of the face and neck lift. The photograph demonstrates significant facial and neck skin laxity, therefore a lower face and neck lift is going to be required. A neck lift alone will not tighten the loose skin in your neck. The goal of a lower face and neck lift is to tighten loose facial and neck skin, tighten loose facial and neck muscles, lift the jowls, and remove the fatty deposits in the neck as well as a platysma-plasty.
