Is it a bad idea to get a lower facelift with pre-existing nerve damage? (Photo)

I got thermitight 17 months ago that left me with some sort of sensory damage.. not the kind that makes anything droop..just sensory and tight and uncomfortable and it’s 24/7 really bad. The thermi tight made my neck look like a chicken neck and left weird bands and lines and yucky texture.. anyways to make a long story short , I really need a neck lift and lower face Lift now but I’m scared I’d make the problem worse. Am I nuts for even entertaining the idea? Thanks
