I'm very sorry for your bad experience. Simply put, a facelift is not likely to improve or worsen the sensory condition that you describe. However, your Surgeon is likely to encounter a more challenging case because of deeper scar tissue related to your previous procedure.

Experience with facial rejuvenation and neck lift following radiofrequency treatments is still relatively limited. Without doubt it will be increasing over the coming years because of the increasing numbers of nonsurgical treatments.

If the bands under the neck feel tight, there is a relatively strong chance that the neck lift intervention could make them worse.

If the bands under the neck feel soft and empty, suggesting primarily loss of fatty tissue rather than buildup of scar tissue, and neck lift procedure could improve the situation.

You have to be prepared that after the neck lift procedure you may need further intervention with fat transfer to create a smoother contour for the neck. It depends on the fatty tissue thickness under the skin and it is difficult to evaluate accurately prior to surgery.

A necklift and or facelift can be done easily after thermitight. However, it concerns me that you have continuous pain. In my humble opinion, surgery can make it worst. I love doing necklifts but in this case I would not recommend it.

A lower face and neck lift procedure will not have any bearing on the sensory deficit you already have. A full set of facial photographs from all angles are required to make a determination about being a candidate for just a neck lift procedure, or a face and neck lift procedure.
