I have a very small mouth opening and wide jaw line, with wide jaw muscles and fat that droops below the jaw line. My face would have good proportions if my mouth was wider because it would make my jaw and nose look narrower, and be in proportion with my wide eyes. When I pull on the sides of my face (like a facelift), I can pull my mouth wider and make my jaw look narrower. Though I am 20, can I get a facelift to widen the mouth and pull up the excess skin at my jaw line? What are my options?

Thank you for your question. The side that looks high when you smile is the normal smile. The Buccal Branch of the Facial Nerve on the other, lower side has some form of injury.
