How to make round face slimmer and chin smaller when I smile? (Photo)

Question

When I smile especially I have a really round face, and a chubby face (I also have almost like a double chin) but I'm basically skinny so I know it's genetics. I also have a long chin with weird dents on it. And i want my lips bigger. What procedures would I need for my face to become as realistic as the second photo? I'm guessing Buccal fat removal, chin liposuction and chin reduction shaving surgery, and lip filler. How much would that cost ?

Young patients with chubby faces who have high cheekbones are ideal candidates for buccal fat removal, especially for people who have this physical finding due to genetics. Buccal fat removal by correcting the fullness of the lower anterior cheeks allows the patients to achieve a thinner. Lip augmentation with fillers could enhance the appearance of thin lips. Overdoing lip fillers ( commonly done with the "Russian lips" filler techniques) makes women to look overdone and very unattractive, especially if in conjunction with buccal fat removal. The lip augmentation should be in harmony with the face and body structure of the patient. Without seeing a picture of your face at rest, I actually don't think you look like you have a round or chubby face at all. If anything, you look young (although you didn't mention your age) - this is probably a good thing, esp. as you age! I would not recommend hollowing yourself out more. Lip filler yes to get the lips in the morphed photo although I can't tell if that is a bad photoshop job and that's why it looks awkward. For the chin dents, this is due to your mentalis muscle, easily treatable with regular neurotox injection. Good luck!
