Without seeing a picture of your face at rest, I actually don't think you look like you have a round or chubby face at all. If anything, you look young (although you didn't mention your age) - this is probably a good thing, esp. as you age! I would not recommend hollowing yourself out more. Lip filler yes to get the lips in the morphed photo although I can't tell if that is a bad photoshop job and that's why it looks awkward.
