thank you for your question. Based on your pictures I am not sure, if a reduction of the buccal fat is the solution you are looking for. As you may have noted there is (like in most of us) an asymmetry in volume, which might be more noticeable after the procedure. Although buccal fat removal is a procedure mainly hyped by social media, it can be a great solution for some, but not for all. Instead of achieving a more defined appearance, patients appear aged.
