I can't tell what surgery would change some of this. Could buccal fat removal help? Is it an issue with the nose? I think my tip is a little bulbous but I worry doing any plastic surgery on it because I don't want it to become too small on my face or upturned. I really would like a slimmer, less boxy and more symmetrical face. Any other suggestions are welcome.
