To make the eyes appear wider set and rounder, you can use a combination of makeup techniques, skincare, and/or cosmetic procedures. Procedures that I highly recommend include:

Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty): This surgical procedure can reshape the eyelids, potentially making the eyes appear larger and more open.

Botox with Brow Lift: Botox can be used to lift the brow area, creating a more open eye appearance.
