I know you can't change the actual spacing without a massive dangerous surgery. I'm asking about things that can make them APPEAR wider apart, especially for close set eyes. :)

We don't necessarily need a big surgery.  The way to make your eyes look larger will depend on your particular eyes.  We need photos or an in person / video consultation.
