Based on your photos, your eyes don't bulge out, but your lower eyelid fat bags do, a bit. Depending on your examination, these fat pads may be removed through an incision inside your lower eyelids. Hello and thank you for your question. A formal evaluation would be needed to determine the best treatment. There are both surgical and non-surgical options to correct this, depending on your specific situation.

I see no indication for surgery in regards to your eyes or eyelids.
I recommend you don’t have surgery to change the shape of your eyes.
Your pictures show a slight lack of projection in your midface.
This may be the source of your concern.
Midface volume restoration can be done with a number of different procedures, including the use of fillers, fat grafting, using implants, a midface lift or craniofacial surgery.
