Your eyes appear normal. Your problem is your nose and chin. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty to reduce the dorsal hump and refine the tip. The chin implant will balance your face.

Based on your photos, your eyes don't bulge out, but your lower eyelid fat bags do, a bit. Depending on your examination, these fat pads may be removed through an incision inside your lower eyelids. Hello and thank you for your question. A formal evaluation would be needed to determine the best treatment. There are both surgical and non-surgical options to correct this, depending on your specific situation.
