Based on your singular photo, you appear to be young, and you also appear to have a youthful upper eyelid appearance. If your concern is that your eyebrow is protruding too far, this may be a bony issue, however, the feasibility of a procedure like this would require an in-person evaluation, or at least more photographs. Your lateral picture shows low eyebrow, and this can be improved by endoforehead lift. The scar would be in the hair.

The treatment for this usually involves reduction of the frontal bone to reduce the bossing of the eyebrows.
This is typically done with an incision across the scalp, lifting the forehead forward to get access.
