I had a lower bleph with fat repositioning. After 4 weeks the results were perfect. But after a night out drinking, fluid built up under the eyes that persisted. It fluctuates throughout the day, it can be barely noticeable, other times quite a bit of edema. The surgeon dissolved pre existing tear trough filler prior to surgery. But I got a MRI done that shows 4 year old filler in the cheek area. The MRI shows no filler in tear trough. Could the previous cheek filler be causing the malar edema?

Yes lower eyelid canthopexy can change the shape of your eye to make it more neutral--bc right now you have a negative tilt(medial canthus is higher than lateral canthus). I am not sure what you are asking about the upper eyelid exposure from the eyebrow, but I think the canthopexy will look...
Everyone is asymmetric to some degree. Based on the submitted photos it does appear there is some asymmetry to the upper eyelid, but there is asymmetry to the brow as well. You may find improvement to the eyelid by first treating the brow. This can be done with Botox by an experienced injector.
