I have had a deep plane facelift in 2017 to address jowls following weight gain / loss across two pregnancies and have incentive suffered from puffy lower eyes, but now it I quite a lot worse and the under eye fat seems to have herniated. I am ok with aging but am constantly told I look sad, tired and down. I'd just like to have no downward drooping under they eyes. After recommendations that do not include filler.
