Epicanthoplasty - Elongated look with a focus on the inner eye corner? (photos)

I’m thinking of getting an epicanthoplasty but I don’t know if I am suitable for the surgery ( don’t have the epicanthal folds) just want to elongate , is it possible to get from picture A to B focus on inner eye corner
