Excess skin on top of eyes? How can I make my eyes more attractive? (photos)

my eyes look sad and tired, i wanna make them more attractive, do i have excess skin on top of my eyes? if yes how can we fix this. Also, i plan to get a eyebrow transplant too as my eyebrows are asymmetrical and i do not like them.

From the photOs provided, it appears as though your issue is related to the muscle which opens the eyelid, not the skin covering the eyelid. If this muscle, or its tendon which attaches to the upper eyelid, is stretched, injured or not functioning properly, you can get a narrowing of the eyes when they are open. This manifests as a tired appearance. If this is a concern for you, you should see a plastic surgeon with an interest in ptosis repair surgery.

it looks to me as though the problem is not excess skin but some weakened or stretched eyelid muscles.  this means that the upper eyelid rests at a lower level than it should and this means that you may often look tired / sad / bored.

there is scope to tighten this muscle and set the position of the lids a bit higher.  it is quite complex and fiddly and you need to find a surgeon who really specialises in eyelid ptosis surgery (possibly ophthalmologist trained).  Do not be persuaded that your problem can be fixed simply by removing skin.
