Which procedure would help create the illusion of epicanthal folds? (photos)

I am desperate to find a surgery that can create my eyes an epicanthal fold just like the one I'm creating by dragging my skin. I added pictures of both my left and right eye before and after dragging the skin to create an illusion of a epicanthal fold. I am desperate to do a surgery like this not because I want monolid eyes but because I want my eyes to appear shorter or rounder, and because to make my eyes appear further apart since they're close set.
