i’m so insecure about my eyes. they’re small and round and beady and i have hooded eyes. i like my eye color and i want my eyes to be bigger and more noticeable. any procedures for this?

Your photograph is very limited. You may benefit from a brow lift that can be extended downward to the mid face area to change the area around the eyelid. I would need additional photographs to give you a more accurate answer.
