I am 52 years old and feel like me eyes look tired. I did have Moh’s surgery on the right eye near the tear duct in 2018 with a skin graft. The skin was taken from the upper left lid. Cataract surgery in 2017. I would like my eyes to be lifted. I’m 5’3” 120lbs
Answer: Browlift and rhinoplasty I recommend a brow lift. This will lower your hairline, decrease the vertical height of the forehead and pull up the eyebrows slightly and help with the upper skin. You should under no circumstances have fat removed from the upper eyelids. You may also benefit from a rhinoplasty. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Eyelid asymmetry You have ptosis or drooping of the right upper lid. This makes the lids look asymmetric. This can be fixed with ptosis surgery which tightens the muscle of the eyelid that is too low. You may also benefit from skin removal to achieve maximum symmetry. Best to have an in person consultation with an eyelid expert.

Answer: Possible eyelid ptosis It appears on these photos that you may have a droopy eyelid on one side, condition known as ptosis. Surgical correction will make your eyes appear more symmetric. In person consultation with board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Ptosis correction One of your eye (left on the screen) have ptosis. This is why you have a significant asymmetry between the two sides. Not sure if the skin graft surgery have anything to do with this. and then the side with the Moh's have lower eyelid ectropion, so it have to be tighten slightly, especially medially where you have the skin graft.
