I've had uneven eyes for as long as I can remember the only issue I have medically with my eyes is astigmatism (mild but worse in the larger eye), I'm assuming my eye asymmetry is genetic as other people in my family have it. the other day I tried a symmetry filter online and descovered how much better I'd feel about my looks if I made my left eye more like my right, so is there any way to make my current eyes more like the filter ( should be shown in photo)

You can try steroid or 5FU injections to help with the thicker areas of the scar. Massaging the scar is also very effective for improving the bumpiness. If the IPL does not help I would then consider surgical revision after a few months.
