Help Hi, I’ve noticed some asymmetry in my eyes, as shown in the attached photo. I’ve heard that asymmetry is normal, but it’s something I’d like to improve or fix if possible. I’ve also noticed that my right eyebrow is slightly more tilted upwards compared to my left which is annoying me. I’m looking for practical advice or solutions—whether it’s exercises, cosmetic options, or medical interventions.

You can try steroid or 5FU injections to help with the thicker areas of the scar. Massaging the scar is also very effective for improving the bumpiness. If the IPL does not help I would then consider surgical revision after a few months.
Your eyelids do not look particularly abnormal that I think you need surgery for it. you might be more self-conscious than you need to be. That being said, I would strongly recommend avoiding removing the orbicularis muscle, esp on the inferior side, because that is how you create complications...
If those bulges feel firm, perhaps this is filler. Since they are symmetrical on both sides, my initial impression was that this could just simply be nasalis muscle on both sides. Please consider meeting with several reputable facial plastic surgeons for a definitive answer. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
