Can you help with my eye symmetry after chalazion removal?

I got surgery to remove a chalazion on my right eyeI have 3 problems with it: 1. my eyebrow/lid is different now & comes out more 2. the eye shape it self is different & u can’t see my upper inside waterline, 3. my lower waterline is lower & comes out more towards the corner of my eye. It’s like I don’t have as much control of my right eye that was operated on and it doesn’t quint like my normal 1 & just looks “dead” and isn’t “lively".
