Hi I got my chalazion surgery about 7 months ago. After about a month I noticed that my eye shape changed. I had my chalazion located at the centre of my lash line and after the survey I noticed that my lash line became crooked and it lifted back. My lash line is no longer straight of aligned anymore. My eye looks more open now and I believe too much skin was removed because my eye does not close fully. My surgeon refuses to notice the difference

You need volume to your midface and tear trough. This can be achieved with either fat grafting/filler vs surgery (lower lid blepharoplasty with fat transposition). Best to see an eyelid expert to come up with the best treatment plan.
Epicanthoplasty is certainly an option. Generally this incision heals quite well, but there is a slightly higher chance of poor scarring with an incision in this area compared with the rest of the eyelid.
It won't change nose itself, but it can make the nose "appear" to be narrower.
Hello! Thank you for your question. In the photos your eyes look good. For your nose I recommend revision rhinoplasty. For elevate the tip we need to use rib or ear cartilage reconstruction. Best Regards!
