Extreme asymmetry with upper blepharoplasty. Is it possible to fix one eye? Please help me (Photo)

It is always worth looking at the shape of the eyelids before you had surgery. Any differences seen are likely to exist following surgery.I appreciate that you're 6 months into the healing process, but the tissues will continue to remodel themselves up to 1 year. It is really important that you see your surgeon so that they can assess you and make any necessary plans going forward.

In both your before and after photos, you're right upper eyelid appears to be a bit droopier than your left. Sometimes small asymmetry is like this may become more obvious after upper blepharoplasty surgery. Before considering more blepharoplasty surgery, consider visiting a reputable Oculoplastic specialist. At 6 months, this particular issue is not going to get better on its own. Your surgeon may have told you that you need to wait 12 months before considering a revision. However this particular issue is caused by disinsertion of the central levator aponeurosis in the eyelid with an adhesion. In my opinion, it is not going to get better on its own. Effectively the crease is too high. The crease can be lowered. The challenge is that very few surgeons in the world offer this type of work. This is not something that can be done with a Zoom consultation. You do not have to live with this. Your eyes can be your best feature.

A small asymmetry which can be observed on these photos may be result of eyebrow asymmetry? Your brows are not in the same position; lower brow corresponds with eyelid that shows more skin. Possibly unilateral conservative brow lift (endoscopic) or just Botox. Good luck.

Were you aware of the asymmetry in your eyebrows before the surgery? I believe that the real problem is in your eyebrows, not your eyelids due the main asymmetry is there. Therefore, in order to get the correct and desired result, this should be determined before the surgery and proceed accordingly. So you may go with revision if its bothering you so much cause I wont go better in time.
