9 months since my lower eyelid transconjunctival blepharoplasty and co2 laser of the face and eyelids. I did not expect deep under eye hollows, and the left lower lid bulges up disproportionally now when I squint or laugh. No explanation was offered, a fat transfer was suggested for an additional 5k. Luckily I didn't opt for the upper eyelid and other recommended procedures as the CO2 was very effective on my skin. Went from puffy to gaunt eyes. Maybe CO2 alone would have been enough.
