For at least several years, I've noticed that my right ("larger") eye appears to have an extra fold of skin on the upper eyelid. However, after doing some research on ptosis and upper blepharotomies, wonder if the problem may exist with my left ("smaller") eyelid. At least from my perspective, it doesn't seem that either eyelid is drooping, but I'm generally confused about what condition I might have causing my eyes to appear differenently sized, and if there are any non-surgical alternatives?

Filler or fat injections, implants and surgery are options for treating tear trough deformities. Since they all have pros and cons, you should carefully choose the best option for you. I don't consider laser treatment as a viable option for this problem.
