If you start trying to change things you will risk the possibility of scarring and abnormal shape. Your eyes look great as is!

I would be curious why you want such a change. Perhaps there are more feasible mean of accomplishing what you are looking for. However if you did find someone to carry out some sort of procedure along the lines of what you are asking for, you will basically be experimented on as there are no surgeries that have been worked out to do this to someone who looks normal and in a way that improves them.

Your eyelid is entirely normal. Don't change it. Surgery has risks and to accept those risks to try and change something that is already attractive would be very ill advised and will almost certainly result in something you won't like and can't undo.
