What is a rough estimate on when I can return to my exercising?

Most patients undergoing a body lift procedure will be ready to start lift exercise at 3-4 weeks.Most patients will be allowed to regular, unrestricted activity at 4-6 weeks, depending on how the individual heals.Hope this helps.Good luck.

general, one can begin fully exercising at 4 weeks after wound healing has been
maximized. At 6 weeks, you can resume aggressive abdominal wall exercising.

Congratulations on undergoing a 360 bodylift.  Hopefully it will be a life-changing surgery. As you know this procedure Will get rid of excess skin and fat from the abdomen, saddle  bags and buttocks.  You're correct. Everyone heals differently from this surgery.  On average, patients should be able to exercise approximately 3 to 4 weeks after their 360 circumferential lower body lift.  At first, exercise will be walking or perhaps even treadmill.  After another two weeks, patients may be allowed to run and even do a stationary bike.
