Before the body lift I could forward bend with straight legs with my hands going past my feet. After the body lift I have lost a significant amount of flexibility bending forward particularly in the lower back (but also through the hamstrings). Can the body lift directly contribute or cause this loss of flexibility in the lower back (and could it be permanent?) and/or could it just be that my muscles have tightened due to stopping my normal exercise routine?
