Is my Body Lift surgery a failure?

I had LBL, BA and Brachioplasty six weeks ago but I'm very unhappy with my results. My buttocks are so flat and my arms, thighs and buttocks are somehow loose. My PS is specialized in body contouring after WL and he said that he couldn't pull me any tighter but I feel that he could've done better. Is it going to be firmer in three months? Will my buttocks get back to their round shape? Thanks

Definitely I encourage you to wait until the 3 month post op in order to evaluate your final results.Attend your doctor and discuss about it.Be patient.If after that time and talking to your doctor and still feel disappointed then you have to know that all can be fixed, it is not like there is no hope or any solution, there are a lot of options. Congratulations on undergoing a 360 lower body lift, breast augmentation, and arm lift!Six weeks is way too early to tell anything about your final results. At 6 to 8 weeks, there may be significant swelling still left over from your procedure. Your body is still healing from the procedure.I would suggest you continue to wear your compression garment and follow your board certified plastic surgeon's instructions. Please allow yourself 4 to 6 months before any conclusions are drawn.Flat buttocks are not uncommon after a 360 lower body lift.  If you are not satisfied with your results, please discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon.   If your buttocks need revision and need more volume to return shape, I would suggest fat transfer from the thighs to the buttock.  Another option to return volume to the buttocks is insertion of buttock implants.  Please discuss these options with your board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck on your weight-loss journey.
