Thank you for your question.Yes, you can undergo a breast lift without removing much tissue, however, the lift is not likely to last very long as the weight of your breasts will re-stretch your skin. It would be more advantageous for you to undergo a small reduction to improve outcome and longevity. The chest muscles play an important role in maintaining long term results without interfering with muscle function.
