6 days post op and 1 side of butt is bigger, longer. Any suggestions?

The dr did add fat to bottom of butt to build up and this is my second surgery I'm 6 days post op my right side of buttox is harder and bigger / longer I can't tell if it's swelling or its messed up. How will I know? How can I figure out? Another thing is wearing a full garment with the buttox out ok for after surgery ?

Thank you for your question! You are maximally swollen 6 days after your BBL procedure, these are no were near your final results. Fat grafting results take 4 - 6 weeks before you can tell how much of the fat survived, and liposuction results take about 3 -6 months. Be sure you are not sitting on your buttocks or sleeping on your back. Pressure to the buttocks will cause asymmetric results. Along those terms, yes a full garment is OK after surgery, I prefer my BBL patients to have the buttocks and hips cut out and no tight pants for 6 weeks post op.
