I just had round 2 Brazilian Butt Lift with 65O cc each. First time 850 for a total of 1500. What can I do? (photos)

It's hard to always remember the right way to recover after surgery, but this is generally what I tell my patients.A high fat, high calorie diet is recommended for 3 months following surgery - this keeps fat cells nourishedAvoid sitting on your buttocks completely for 10 days after surgery, and minimize sitting for an additional week thereafter - this minimizes pressure on the fat, allow new blood vessels to grow and keep them aliveWhen you are able to sit 10 days postoperatively, use a bolster behind your thighs when sitting to alleviate pressure from your buttocks.Your doctor's instructions may vary, so I'd obviously check with his or her office. Thank you for your question and photos.  You will need to follow the advice of your surgeon to ensure the best result.  I tell my patients to not sit on their buttocks' directly for two weeks following surgery.  After surgery, you can lose up to 30% of the volume that was injected into the buttocks, so please follow the post-op protocol closely to give the best result.All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL

I think you have to give it time to heal, and you should check with your surgeon to determine what post-op care he prefers.
