6 months would be ideal prior to a second fat transfer procedure. Express to your surgeon ypur concerns and where you would like the volume added in the upcoming surgery. Good Luck. Make sure ypur surgeon is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Hello It would be best to wait at least 6 months for a second BBL as the swelling and inflammation will have subsided and you will have a better idea of what you would want to add or change. Best regards
Thank you for your question and photo. You should wait at least three months before having another BBL, but keep in mind that you must have enough fat on your body to make a difference. All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL
There really is no period of time that you must wait. I usually suggest that patients wait about 6 months before they have another BBL to allow for the swelling to be gone so we can see where you need more volume as well as to be sure we don't damage the existing fat cells that are still in the healing process.Sometimes most of the transplanted fat is reabsorbed then you can have the procedure repeated at any time as long as you still have more fat to be removed from other parts of your body
You have a fine bubble. Getting more hips is another issue, altogether. My first few Brazilian butt life suffered from this "choice" problem. Those who wanted a bubble got hips, and the ones that wanted hips got bubbles. Now I am much more interested in thier expectations. I ask my patients to put thier hands where they want the most volume. If you leave it to the surgeon she, or he, will often place it at the top. This is what I suspect happened in your case. As far as getting another BBL, it depends on where you want more volume, and how much reserve you still have. If your surgeon was a board certified plastic surgeon, who has done a ton of Brazilian but lifts. V go back for a second surgery. If not, see a surgeon who has done a lot of revisions and your question will be better addressed. As far as the timing, well...it depends on where you want more butt. If you are happy with the upper pole bubble (which I suspect you are) and you need more at the bottom and sides (more curves) then you can have your second BBL anytime. But if you want more of the same, you should wait six months to see your final result. Good luck.
First, since you just had it done, I would wait at least 4 months to see what has taken. Second, it is difficult to see your results because the photo is of poor quality.
First surgery is almost one month. Still too early, still healing, wait 3-6 months before final judgment and may have to consider a buttock implant. You may not have enough fat for another fat transfer.Communicate with the surgeon your desired look and final results before undergoing any further surgery so that you are not disappointed
I normally recommend waiting 3 months after a BBL before doing a seond BBL. That time frame usually works becuase by then most of the swelling and inflammation have subsided.
Cigar smoking should be stopped at least one month before surgery; some complications are related to cigar smoking as poor wound healing; surgical wound dehiscence, atelectasia. Etc.Communicate to your PS.
Thank you for your question and photos. I would recommend against performing liposuction in the area under the buttock to create definition. The fat at the posterior thigh buttock junction supports the buttock and prevents it from drooping. If you lipusction this area to create...
There would be no problem having the Brazilian butt lift surgery with a herniated disc, unless a silicone implant will also be placed and it would add more weight. This would be bad for your back. To be sure, go to a spine specialist for clearance then consult your plastic surgeon on how to go...
