Can 2nd BBL be done through the same incisions? I got tattoos over my scars.

Ideal candidates are at a stable weight,  in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions.  Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells.  Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.

Yes, your revision BBL can be done through your old scars, but it will impact your tattoo. Best of luck.

if the same areas are being used as the donor sites for the fat transfer, then the same incisions can be used.  speak with your plastic surgeon about your preference for this. 

 You should be able to go through the same incisions you had before. Most of the time these  are on the natal cleft and in the groin crease. Unles new donor sites will be needed the same incisions can be used. But these are tiny are incisions stratetegically located so they are not very conspicuous.
