I'd like to know if it's possible to have the fat transferred through the same incisions used in the first BBL - it's been a year since my BBL and I've since had the scars tattooed over - would the tattoo be disrupted (I don't really care if it gets disrupted - I just don't want more scars) and can the tattoo be redone? Lastly, would re-opening an old lipo incision encourage keloid scarring (I've never had keloids in the past). Thank you!

Thank you for your question and photos. You will need to follow the advice of your surgeon to ensure the best result. I tell my patients to not sit on their buttocks' directly for two weeks following surgery. After surgery, you can lose up to 30% of the volume that was injected...
Hello It would be best to wait at least 6 months for a second BBL as the swelling and inflammation will have subsided and you will have a better idea of what you would want to add or change. Best regards
