I've maintained my pre-op weight, followed all post-op instructions, still sleep in my garment w/ab board, & wear my compression vest daily. But my belly hasn't flattened, waist didn't shrink post swelling, & bum is nothing to write home about. Don't get me wrong, I respect my ps & will discuss a round 2 with him. Given the photos I've posted (and the wish pic), is it possible to get a significantly bigger bum from a round 2? If so, is it best to stick with my same board certified surgeon?
